Our innovative chloriDOS® MCA units incorporate our patented reaction technology to create a batch generator which is unique to Gaffey. Batch generation is performed under a fail-safe vacuum and utilises exact volumetric reagent measuring and dilution water control. This allows for safer, accurate dosages and lower strength solutions.

With a chemical output of up to 1000g/h, the MCA 1000 is well-adapted to small applications and large industrial applications alike, effortlessly flexing to your chemical output needs.

Our unique vacuum technology also allows chemicals to be transferred greater than 50m from remote storerooms. This ensures hazardous chemicals are not stored together, promoting enhanced safety measures.

Available in wall-mounted modular systems and plug-and-play skid systems, our in-situ blending technology provides disinfection solutions to a wide range of applications.
